Delivery I Return & Exchange Policy
We ship quickly and offer exchanges in case of
size issue. In order to exchange the size, you will need to send the parcel to our address, once we receive the parcel, we will send your desired size in exchange of it.
Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees). We do offer Refund after deducting delivery charges and taxes, through Jazz Cash, Easypaisa and Bank Transfer.
Note: Maximum time of payment refund process is 30 days and Sale items are non refundable.
Claim Policy for Missing Items:
We strive to provide the best service to our customers. Please note that for any missing item claims, a parcel opening video is required as proof. This helps us verify the issue and process your request. Please be advised that complaints without an unboxing video will be rejected.
